About Us
Our Mission
To bridge the gap between school life and adulthood by building practical skills, working toward personal goals, and offering the right support along the way
Our Vision
Make the youth we support feel included in their community so they know they have places that want their presence, where they are known by name, and where they know they belong.
Our Purpose
Bring happiness, guidance and development to those who live with a disability
How We Began
Bridge Beyond Support Services (BBSS) is a local NDIS service provider to the Redlands Area aimed at helping youth with disabilities bridge the gap between school life and adulthood
Founders Harry Wicks and Cameron Quigley have both supported participants within the disability sector for more than five years. Through their experience, they recognised a growing need for young people with disabilities to develop practical life skills, build confidence, and work toward meaningful goals that support their transition into adulthood.
At BBSS, everything we do is centered around helping our participants grow, succeed, and feel supported in every aspect of their lives. Our goal is to see others achieve theirs.
By providing a welcoming Hub within the Redlands community, along with dedicated and passionate support workers, Bridge Beyond Support Services creates opportunities for participants to build independence, develop skills, and make ongoing progress toward their future in a safe and supportive environment.

Cameron’s Goal
My personal aim for every participant who is supported through BBSS is to help bring out their untapped potential and share it with their community. With steady time and mentorship, I believe any participant can thrive and continue to learn, well after they’ve graduated from school.
Harry’s Goal
Through my experience, I’ve learned how important genuine relationships between families and support teams are in creating long-lasting outcomes. Because of this, my goal at BBSS is to build like-minded teams around each participant that encourage, support, and motivate them to grow in confidence and independence.
I believe that when participants are surrounded by the right people and supported by positive networks, they naturally begin to build meaningful skills and connections.
