Bridge Beyond Support Services believes that the best support is given when you, or your loved one is the sole focus.

1 : 1 support not only guarantees this, but also enables new connections to be made between your team and ours.

Core & Capacity Building Supports

Bridge Beyond Support Services provides supports such as In-home Care, Community Access, Daily Living Assistance and Respite. Support hours are 24/7 for whenever you may need us.

Short Term Accommodation

Within our Hub local to the Redlands area, we offer Short Term Accommodation (STA) to fund support for independence out of home for up to 14 days at a time.

Skill Development Programs

Our main focus while supporting you, is progressing your goals and developing skills that are outlined to us. We cater by designing and running skill development programs catered to building and maintaining skills for an independent life

Our sole mission, is to support young people with disabilities as they take on new challenges and move toward greater independence. At Bridge Beyond Support Services, we help bridge the gap between school life and adulthood by building practical skills, working toward personal goals, and offering the right support along the way. Our team is passionate, understanding, young, and ready to walk beside you as you grow in confidence and take your next steps forward.

Does Bridge Beyond Support Services have a type of support entry criteria?

As we currently operate, Bridge Beyond Support Services supports people living with mental health diagnoses, ASD, Anglemans, Down Syndrome, Intellectual Disabilities, and many others.

At this time, we are unable to support participants who rely on a wheelchair full-time while out in the community, particularly those who require manual transfers. Additionally, Bridge Beyond Support Services does not have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so participants must be able to independently and safely transfer themselves to and from the transport vehicle.

Bridge Beyond Support Services is currently not a registered service provider with the NDIS.

Bridge Beyond Support Services has implemented these arrangements to prioritise the safety and well-being of our participants. We firmly believe in providing only services for which we are fully equipped, adequately trained, and knowledgeable, ensuring the highest standard of care at all times.
